Five-Year Limited Warranty for KOHLER Vitreous China Products
PT Kohler Indonesia warrants its vitreous china products to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for five (5) years from the date the product is purchased. During the period of the warranty, if a defect is found in normal residential use, PT. Kohler Indonesia will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment where PT. Kohler Indonesia's inspection discloses any such defect. PT. Kohler Indonesia is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs other than those noted above.
If the products are used commercially, PT. Kohler Indonesia warrants the products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years from the date the products are purchased, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties (including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) is applicable to the three-year warranty period only. PT. Kohler Indonesia disclaims any liability for special, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is to original consumer purchasers only. Damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty
Three-Year Limited Warranty for KOHLER Sensor Faucets
PT. Kohler Indonesia warrants its sensor faucets to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for three (3) years from the date the product is purchased.
During the period of the warranty, if a defect is found in normal residential use, PT. Kohler Indonesia will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment where PT. Kohler Indonesia’s inspection discloses any such defect. PT. Kohler Indonesia is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs other than those noted above.
If the sensor faucets are used commercially, PT. Kohler Indonesia warrants the faucets to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date the sensor faucets are purchased, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.
To the extent prescribed by law, the foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Five-Year Limited Warranty for KOHLER Faucets(without sensor)
PT. Kohler Indonesia warrants its faucets(without sensor) to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for five (5) years from the date the product is purchased. If the faucets should leak or drip during normal use, PT. Kohler Indonesia will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucets in good working condition. Normal residential use does not include: water temperature below 0º, too many impurities in the water and water quality being too hard. PT. Kohler Indonesia also warrants all other aspects of the faucet or accessories, (except any aspects otherwise specified by the warranty card or other written documents) to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

PT. Kohler Indonesia warrants its BubbleMassage baths to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for five (5) years from the date the product is purchased.

If the BubbleMassage baths are used commercially, PT. Kohler Indonesia warrants that the BubbleMassage baths shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date the BubbleMassage baths are purchased, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.

KOHLER Cast Iron Lifetime Limited Warranty Three-Year Limited Warranty for Other Components
PT. Kohler Indonesia warrants the cast iron components of products to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home. Gloss reduction, scratching, staining and alkaline etching of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions, are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear. PT. Kohler Indonesia also warrants the other parts of the cast iron components of products to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long or three (3) years from the date the products are purchased.
During the period of the warranty, if a defect is found in normal residential use, PT. Kohler Indonesia. will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment where PT. Kohler Indonesia’s inspection discloses any such defect. PT. Kohler Indonesia is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs other than those noted above.

Kohler Indonesia warrants the PVD components of products to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home. Six-Month Limited Warranty for Replacement of the Fittings
If the product is replaced, the warranty period shall be restarted from the day the product is replaced, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.
If one fitting is replaced, PT. Kohler Indonesia. warrants such fitting to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long or six (6) months. On the condition that the warranty period of the fitting does not exceed that of the product, the warranty period of both the fitting and the product shall be based on that of the product. On the condition that the warranty period of the fitting exceeds that of the product, the warranty period of the fitting shall be based on that of such fitting, with the warranty period of other fittings unchanged.
